TheKubics provides custom software development services including web apps, mobile apps, desktop apps, and automation. All project scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon in writing before work begins.

3. Quotations and pricing

Quotes provided through our contact form or subsequent communication are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Final pricing is locked in a written scope agreement before any work starts. We do not charge hourly rates or hidden fees.

4. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, all code and deliverables created for your project belong to you. We retain the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

5. Limitation of liability

We build software with care, but we are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or business interruption arising from use of our work. Our total liability is limited to the project fee paid.
